Supporting PRIVATE EQUITY AND GLOBAL CONSULTANCY BUSINESSES

The work that Moorgate Management does with both private equity and global consultants is typically based around two areas.

For private equity funds, we provide them with domain expertise in terms of building products distribution, typically in relation to understanding the competitive landscape with regard to potential investments, or working with them on specific transactions, whether that be secondary sales or carve outs.

For global consultants and private equity funds, we support them on both buy side and sell side opportunities. This is predominantly driven by supporting their teams on commercial due diligence, but also relates to, for example, refinancing, where we provide those global consultancies with the domain knowledge and understanding of the building products distribution market to be able to support their investment clients.
