About Moorgate Management

We are a building materials consultancy and service provider to the Builders’ Merchants Federation, with decades of hands-on experience in building materials distribution. We have successfully owned, led, grown, adapted and turned around regional, independent and national merchant businesses.

Our experience includes working with timber, lightside and heavyside businesses, as well as completing successful acquistions, integrations and branch openings, and we share this experience with our clients. We help owners of merchants, distributors, suppliers and buying groups to grow, adapt or turnaround their business, and do this by taking the time to listen and understand to exactly what they want to achieve.

We give practical help and advice to identify the right strategic and operational solutions to solve their business challenges. We then work as part of their team, as much or as little as they require, to help them successfully complete their objectives.
