We were approached and engaged directly by a private equity fund that was considering acquiring a private-equity owned ConTech asset.

We initially spent time assimilating the sell side Information Memorandum, and talking with our client to better understand and agree the areas where we could support them with our domain knowledge.
In common with several of our assignments, we also worked alongside global consultants that our client had engaged, spending time with them to ensure that both our scope of works were aligned, and that our common client obtained optimum value from our joint workstreams.
Having agreed the areas to focus on, which included competitive landscape, addressable market size and supporting evaluation of growth opportunities, work was undertaken collaboratively with a strong project cadence in place. This ensured that, given the tight timescales imposed by the sell side advisors, our client was updated at the end of each day by both us and their global consultants. This ensured they were supported and able to make informed decisions throughout the process on a timely basis.
Results achieved:
Based upon the support provided, our clients were able to submit an informed offer within the timescales required and follow the secondary sale process through to its completion.
