We were engaged by a global consultancy that was working with a Facilities Management (FM) client on a specific marketplace evaluation project which included specific elements of Prop Tech solutions.

Solution delivered:

We began by working with our client to understand the scope of their engagement and which specific elements of Prop Tech solutions we could help augment their experienced teams’ domain knowledge with.

Having ascertained this, we undertook an initial discovery session with our client to discuss the specific Prop Tech solution’s marketplace, with a particular focus on addressable market size and feature sets, and interoperability with FM systems.

From this, workstreams and timescales were agreed and work undertaken.    

Results achieved:

The Moorgate Management team completed these workstreams and supported our client with associated discussions throughout the assignment. Based on our findings, the client then prepared draft reports, which we supported them to refine before final presentation to their client.

Based on these reports, their client was able to evaluate the opportunities and relevant Prop Tech solutions within their marketplace.
